Develop and manage SCCM, AppV, and Beyond Trust Remote support infrastructure for the firm.
Document and communicate engineering and operational deliverables.
Manage product lifecycle (both hardware and software)
Assist with the evaluation and engineering of software products and technologies and provide recommendations regarding selection and adoption, backed by rigorous analysis and justification.
Assist with pilots for new products and technologies, analyze the value and impact from technical perspectives, and effectively communicate results and recommendations.
Be an active advisor for operational processes and policies mandated by the enterprise.
Provide operational support on technologies supported by the team like SCCM, AppV, Bomgar, Company portal and Intune.
