What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure seamless service
- Act as the main point of contact between caregivers and clients
- Handle calls, referrals, and daily requests with professionalism and empathy
- Support operations with payroll tasks, time tracking, and record management
- Multitask across priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
