**Location:** Within 30 minutes of SSM Health, 7980 Clayton Road, St. Louis MO 63117
**Schedule** : Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Preferred experience with EHR or EPIC
Ability to learn and independently and operate structured software systems
Experience in a regulated or procedure driven environments such as healthcare, medical offices, patient access, insurance, banking, or legal settings preferred
Strong customer service skills: experience with insurance verification, registration, and scheduling software is a plus
The first four months of training will be onsite, followed by a transition to a hybrid schedule based on individual performance.
