- Manage integrated schedules for multi-disciplinary construction projects, covering design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and contractor integration
- Collaborate with key stakeholders—including facility owners, global supply management teams, and site contractors—to identify opportunities to accelerate timelines
- Coordinate with schedulers from general contractors and design-build teams to assess and monitor schedule risks using industry-standard methods such as Earned Value Management (S-curve), Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and others
- Define and analyze critical paths across all project phases, and produce reports including KPI metrics, float trend analysis, and lookahead schedules
- Lead interactive planning and schedule review sessions to walk through critical paths, highlight key activities, and develop mitigation strategies for potential delays
