Become an essential part of the Star team as a Scheduling Administrator in Nisku, AB. This role supports multiple teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, reporting, and communication throughout the organization.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Scheduling Administrator is vital for the Scheduling, Design, and Accounting teams. You will manage inquiries, update essential documents, and work closely with the Scheduling Manager on production reports. Your role also includes updating customer information and ensuring all systems reflect the latest order statuses.
