**Summary**
**ADVANCED CHENEGA SERVICES, LLC**

The MEPS **Scheduling Coordinator I** shall be responsible for the scheduling of providers at 66 Military Entrance Processing Station. Position does not involve patient contact or appointment scheduling.
**Responsibilities**
+ Verifies provider availability to work at specified MEPS.
+ Coordinates travel for Fee Basis Providers as instructed by Program Manager and/or MEPS Assistant Project Manager.
+ Assists in training new providers on the TrackTik scheduling system.
+ Schedules physicians and clinical staff of short term assignments promptly and accurately.
+ Communicates with physicians, via telephone, text and/or email.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Minimum one (1) year of general office experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree
