Scheme Manager
Salary: £34,320
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours) Scheme Manager at our supported living scheme, Stokebury House, in Amersham.
Stokebury House comprises 12 purpose built self-contained flats where we provide 24‑hour support to individuals living with mental health illnesses.
As Scheme Manager, you will:
- Lead and motivate a committed team to deliver high-quality support
- Ensure residents can access and maintain safe, secure housing
- Promote a positive workplace culture where everyone feels included and supported
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best outcomes
