Job Description
The role of Scheme Manager will include: Providing tenancy management, signposting and advice to residents
Promoting independent living and sign posting to appropriate agencies
Encouraging residents to organise and get involved in activities
Completing mandatory compliance tasks along with health and safety checks
Reporting and monitoring repairs to conclusion, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
Wellbeing calls to residents via warden call system
Supporting the lettings team to manage vacant flats
Providing cover at schemes in the region for other Scheme Managers
Referring residents to support agencies when required and helping them access the different service available to them
Dealing with low level anti-social behaviour complaints within the scheme and resolving resident disputes Numeracy and literacy to the ...
