The Education Specialsists are looking for a School Caretakers to work for 2 different schools in Crosby.
Job Description:
* Open and secure school premises as required.
* Carry out basic maintenance and minor repairs.
* Monitor heating, lighting, and other building systems.
* Ensure school grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
* Conduct health and safety checks and report hazards.
* Assist with setting up rooms, furniture, and equipment for school activities.
* Liaise with contractors and support site management tasks.
* Respond to emergencies and maintenance issues promptly.
Key Skills:
* Practical maintenance and repair skills
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures
* Reliability and good time management
* Ability to work independently
* Good communication and teamwork skills
Hours of work:
7am to 3pm or 10.30am to 6.30pm for one school and the other school will be 7am to 6pm.
