Job Scope
(a) Managing Discipline-Related Processes
- Support the implementation of school discipline and student management processes.
- Assist in managing daily student discipline matters, including referrals, follow-up, and intervention.
- Provide supervision and mentoring for students requiring behavioural support or closer monitoring.
- Support restorative conversations and developmental interventions for student misconduct cases.
(b) Pull-Out / Chill-Out / In-House Suspension Management and student Intervention
- Manage the school’s designated pull-out / chill-out location for students requiring temporary removal from class e.g. In-house suspension.
- Support students in de‑escalating and regaining emotional regulation before reintegration into lessons.
