Job Scope
Disciplinary Support, via a restorative practice approach:
- Supporting late‑coming, in‑house suspension and detentions, and support pull‑out programmes
- Serves as a mentor for students requiring closer guidance.
- Patrolling classroom blocks, canteen, basketball courts and field during recess and lunch times
- Conducts physical monitoring and patrolling on school premises and neighbourhood after school curriculum hours.
- When incidences happen, to support investigations and support students via the Restorative Practices approach by obtaining student and witness statements for Student Management KPs for follow up
- Closing the loop by communicating with parents, staff and students where needed
- Deployment & Reporting: DSO will report operationally to In- Charge of Student Management Committee (HOD/...
