: . Documented session plans aligned to: o Trauma-informed practices o Growth of inner self (identity, values, strengths) . Attendance and engagement tracking . Pre/post student self-assessment (e.g. belonging, self- awareness) . Progress summaries for school (while maintaining appropriate confidentiality) B. After-School Engagement (ASE) (i) Relationship-based engagement after curriculum hours Format: Informal, relationship-based engagement after curriculum hours Objectives: . Deepen rapport and trust with students . Provide a safe, consistent adult presence . Encourage positive use of time and peer bonding Activities include: . Interest-based engagement (e.g. games, conversations, check-ins) . Light-touch mentoring and academic encouragement . Social-emotional suppor...
