A contract opportunity is available for a skilled professional experienced as both an Interpreter and a Braillist. You'll play a vital role in facilitating access to curriculum for a full-time Braille student, using your knowledge of Braille transcription and assistive technology. Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficiency in Braille transcription, with a keen understanding of formatting and tactile standards
- Experience working as a Braillist or Interpreter within a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Rogue Embosser technology, specifically with 11.5 x 11 paper
- Demonstrated ability with Google Docs and cloud-based document sharing
