What the role is:
School of Hospitality - Associate Lecturer (Continuing Education & Training)
What you will be working on:- Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners in continuing education training (CET) programmes on scheduled weekdays, weeknights or occasional weekends.
- Facilitate students’ learning, perform assessment grading, and other academic duties such as invigilation.
- Deliver and update training materials, including manuals, guides and instructional videos.
- Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas of improvement.
- Perform curriculum development, lesson design, course delivery and module(s) supervision roles in at least two of the following subject areas:
- Mental and Workplace Wellness
- Gen AI in Hospitality
- Revenue Optimization and Management
- Service Quality and Customer Experience
