Work Location - Bartley area Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm Monthly Salary - up to $2800 School Environment, 11 months contract Job Scope: Manage front counter operations and attend to enquiries from parents, students, staff, and members of the public Handle incoming calls and provide administrative support to the General Office Monitor and submit daily attendance reports for students and staff Receive and coordinate incoming goods and inform relevant parties on deliveries Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, printing, and document collation Provide basic first aid support to students when required (eg: treating knee abrasion, nosebleed, fever, cuts) Support school operations and carry out other duties assigned by reporting officers or school leaders Requirements: GCE 'N' Levels and above Prior experience in school environment would be an advantage Knowledge in First Aid Good communication skills Proficient in MS Office Interested candidates...
