We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and ambitious Science ECT to join an Outstanding secondary school in Luton from January. This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Teacher looking to develop strong classroom practice within a supportive and well-established Science department.
You will deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3–KS4, supported by a comprehensive ECT programme that includes reduced teaching load, weekly mentoring, structured CPD and regular opportunities for observation and feedback.
