Job Description
A British curriculum school in Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Head of Department (Science) to join its Academic Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional subject knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of improving teaching and learning outcomes. A minimum of three years’ experience in an academic leadership role within a British Curriculum school in the UAE is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with teachers to enhance subject knowledge, pedagogy, and instructional practices to improve student outcomes
- Lead and contribute effectively to departmental and whole-school planning
