We need a Science HOD who can lead the academic direction, mentor teachers, and ensure high standards across Grades 110.
This role is for someone who loves science and loves leading people.
What Youll Be Doing:
Department Leadership guiding and supporting all Science educators
Curriculum Planning ensuring syllabus coverage, clarity, and consistency
Training & Mentoring coaching teachers on pedagogy, planning, and delivery
Quality Assurance monitoring lessons, assessments, and student outcomes
Program Development creating science activities, labs, demos & events
