Job Description

Role & Positioning

  • Acts as a strategic partner and right hand to the Director of Commercial Training
  • Works cross-functionally with Product Management (GPMs), regional sales teams, Marketing and Instructional Design
  • This is not a Sales Trainer role – no coaching or training delivery responsibilities
  • Operates at both a strategic level (frameworks, vision, KPIs) and in hands‑on, time‑sensitive execution

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of the global sales training and enablement strategy
  • Co‑develop training curricula and content with key stakeholders (Product Managers, regional teams, etc.)
  • Drive and coordinate training activities related to product launches
  • Implement and continuously improve training processes (from needs analysis to post‑training follow‑up)
