Job Description
Role & Positioning
- Acts as a strategic partner and right hand to the Director of Commercial Training
- Works cross-functionally with Product Management (GPMs), regional sales teams, Marketing and Instructional Design
- This is not a Sales Trainer role – no coaching or training delivery responsibilities
- Operates at both a strategic level (frameworks, vision, KPIs) and in hands‑on, time‑sensitive execution
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of the global sales training and enablement strategy
- Co‑develop training curricula and content with key stakeholders (Product Managers, regional teams, etc.)
- Drive and coordinate training activities related to product launches
- Implement and continuously improve training processes (from needs analysis to post‑training follow‑up)
