Job Description
The **Scientist - Analytical Chemistry** position is responsible for generating, ensuring, and validating reliable analytical data for beverages and ingredients, as well as guaranteeing the integrity of laboratory analytical systems. This role actively contributes to technical decision-making within the LATAM R&D Center.
We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Analytical Chemistry Scientist will be responsible for:
+ Executing, analyzing, and interpreting results from physicochemical and instrumental tests on ingredients and finished products, including but not limited to: MSDS, fats, proteins, pH, acidity, °Brix, preservatives, among others.
+ Ensuring the reliability, reproducibility, and integrity of analytical results through Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
