What You’ll Do For Us
Create Tea Prototypes & Formulations
- Develop lab-scale tea beverage recipes (bases, syrups, and finished beverages) driven by global and regional consumer insights, following GMP and company protocols.
- Analyze global formulas to identify harmonization, lift & shift, and localization opportunities within the Tea portfolio.
Test, Learn, Improve
- Conduct sensory, analytical, and shelf‑life testing in collaboration with Microbiology and Stability teams.
- Independently execute stability evaluations, including visual assessment, analytical testing requests, and accelerated testing (illumination and temperature protocols).
- Track, document, and interpret results, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
