Scientist (Research Optical/ 6 months contract) Responsibilities
To support research in quantum imaging using induced coherence.
Work under the direction of senior researchers to design, build, and align optical setups involving nonlinear crystals and interferometry.
Requirements
Aligning free-space optics such as interferometers
Modelling free-space optics using ray-s matrices.
Nonlinear optical processes such as spontaneous parametric down conversion, or second harmonic generation.
