Research Scientist – Cryogenic HEMT/Quantum Transport (NQFF)We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist with a strong background in quantum transport and low-temperature measurements to join the National Quantum Federated Foundry (NQFF) at the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE), A*STAR.
This role focuses on the design, fabrication, and cryogenic characterisation of high-electron-mobility transistor (HEMT) and qubit devices. The successful candidate will work at the interface of nanofabrication, cryogenic electronic development, and qubit measurement, contributing to the development of robust device platforms and process recipes that support quantum research across the NQFF ecosystem.
