POSITION OVERVIEW
Provides operational procurement services to business partners in the Purchasing (Services) group. Reviews purchase requests, determines proper method for fulfilling the request, and completes the purchasing activity for basic and medium-complexity requests on behalf of business partners. Reassigns complex and/or higher-value purchase requests as appropriate. Delivers medium-complexity procurement issue resolution services to Supply Chain operations staff, business partners, and suppliers. Provides support in the Issue Resolution group by receiving, documenting, and resolving inquiries, issues, and requests from direct access, by phone, and by e-mail.
