Are you a passionate and motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Health Visitor looking to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and families? We are excited to offer two opportunities for enthusiastic Band 6 Health Visitors to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.
Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (health visitors) work within Wiltshire Children’s Community Services to lead and deliver a high quality, proactive service for children and the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme. The aim of the service is to reduce health inequalities, safeguard children and improve outcomes.
We have 2 full-time roles available.
