Job Responsibilities
- Identify and sort different types of metals accurately
- Check and evaluate scrap metal quality and value
- Supervise daily operations and workers
- Oversee buying, selling, loading, and inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers
- Ensure workplace safety and smooth operations
Requirements
- Experience in the scrap metal industry
- Good knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- Able to recognize copper, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and other metal types
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible
- Able to work independently
Preferred
- Forklift or machinery experience is a plus
