Beneva seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in Longueuil, Quebec. Your mission is to drive team productivity and collaborative success in a hybrid work environment.
In this full-time role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, instilling Agile principles while fostering self-organization and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring at least five years of IT experience, including three years as a Scrum Master or team leader. You will manage multiple teams and navigate complex challenges collaboratively while supporting the Product Owner and architecture leads.
