Scrum Master in Perth
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for various distributed streams (technical product delivery & DevOps – onsite/offshore) including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews/showcases and release planning
• Encourage collaboration and proactively seek opportunities to improve collaboration between distributed teams
• Proactively plan and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of services for the designated products and projects
• Assist with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information, especially relative to historical team metrics, progress towards sprint and release goals, and team capacity
• Manage release plans, iteration plans, and status reporting for the designated projects
