Job Description
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the Cyberspace Operations Systems Program Office (COSPO) in delivering critical information warfare systems that support ADF cyber operations. Working within a SAFe Agile environment, you will guide high-performing teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and support continuous improvement across the program.
This role works closely with Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, PMO stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes across complex Defence projects. Domestic and international travel may be required, with flexible/remote arrangements considered on a case-by-case basis.
