As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with Data Engineering and Analytics teams, helping optimize delivery flow, manage cross-team dependencies, and improve visibility across end-to-end data workflows in a complex enterprise environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in enterprise environments
- Experience working with Data & Analytics teams (data pipelines, ETL/ELT, BI/reporting)
- Strong understanding of flow-based delivery (Kanban) and experience with WIP, cycle time, lead time
- Experience working in dynamic, non-linear environments with a high volume of ad-hoc work
