Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master - Hybrid position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in New York, NY. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.
This role will focus on implementing and supporting a lightweight agile framework designed to improve visibility, tracking, and reporting of operational and project-based work across business-focused teams. This position differs from a traditional software development Scrum Master role, as the primary stakeholders are business users engaged in BAU, Operational and Finance-related activities. The objective is to establish practical and sustainable processes within Jira that enable leadership to better capture work activity, resource allocation, and reporting metrics across both funded initiatives and BAU support functions.
