CTG is seeking a Scrum Master II to support multiple Agile teams within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile practitioner who excels in coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement across Scrum and Kanban teams.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Duration:** 6 months
**Key Highlights:**
+ Lead and coach multiple cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
+ Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and remove delivery impediments
+ Drive continuous improvement, team maturity, and Agile best practices adoption
+ Partner with Agile leaders to improve organizational Agile effectiveness
