Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Guide and coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and activities
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
