To execute Scrum and Kanban methodologies in sprint for teams, the Scrum Master plays a crucial role, acting as a conduit between product/line-of-business owners and development teams. The primary role of the Scrum Master is to conduct agile ceremonies such as planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand‑ups, generate reports, eliminate impediments raised by teams, and keep stakeholders updated on progress.

- Help software development teams apply the SAFe framework
- Keep the team organized and on track by hosting daily stand‑up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospective sessions, etc.
- Plan deliverables and help teams monitor performance
