Job De ion:We are looking for a Scrum Master with 4–8 years of experience to support Agile delivery and drive collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Remove blockers and impediments impacting team delivery
- Track and manage sprint progress, deliverables, and team performance
- Promote clear communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
- Act as a buffer between the team and external pressures to maintain delivery focus
- Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed across the project lifecycle
