Job Description
The IT Systems Engineer Senior serves as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver business value through modern delivery practices and a product-centric operating model. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, remove impediments, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
The position plays a critical role in orchestrating delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies, improving delivery predictability, and supporting the adoption of Agile-at-scale practices.
