Dealer Oversight & Compliance Controls Officer

Santander Consumer Finance UK (SCUK) is based in Redhill, Surrey and provides motor finance to a network of car dealerships throughout the United Kingdom. We are currently looking for a Dealer Oversight & Compliance Controls Officer to join us on a permanent basis working within the Regulatory Engagement and Reporting team.
This role is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week in the Redhill office. Remote workers will not be considered. The closing date for this role will be end of day Monday 15th June 2026.
Responsibilities
- Supporting delivery of second-line assurance reviews across intermediary oversight activity
- Contributing to the assessment of controls designed to manage dealer/broker risk
