SCUK Regulatory Compliance ManagerCountry: United Kingdom

Santander Consumer Finance is one of the UK’s Leading Motor Finance companies and we are currently looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team, working on a hybrid basis in Redhill, Surrey (with at least days a week in the office).

Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance & DMLRO you will be accountable for the oversight of second line of defence compliance matters across the business.

Please note:

  • Fully remote workers will not be considered
  • The closing date for this role will be end of day, Monday nd June

    • Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in day-to-day management of compliance matters as SME within the business
  • Provide leadership to all junior members of the team
  • Help the department meet its internal SLAs
  • Ensure appropriate and timely engagement with internal and external stakeholders
