- Configuration of schemes, trade offers and discounts in the system, testing the schemes and ensuring their correctness.
- Configuring price structure in the system.
- Sending payment UPDs to the distributors based upon approval from Customer Marketing.
- Sending emails to the stakeholders for the updates and UPDs.
- Safe keeping of physical media and hardware.
- To perform miscellaneous administrative tasks of the department.
- Keeping track of the hardware given to the Sales and Visibility teams.
- Coordination with outside vendors for procurement and support of hardware.
- Coordination with vendors for Change Requests and enhancements in systems.
- Ensure proper Testing and deployment of Change Requests and enhancements in systems.
- Configuration of Loyalty Program and its payment process (GT, WS, LMTs).
