Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: South Africa or Latin America (Fully Remote)
Compensation: $1,600/month USD + performance bonuses
Schedule: US Business Hours (overlap with Mountain/Pacific Time required)

Our client runs a fast-growing SaaS platform in the incentive-based marketing space, think digital loyalty points, cashback, referral programs, and commission engines for e-commerce and direct sales brands. They've scaled to several million dollars in revenue entirely through referrals and word-of-mouth, with no formal marketing engine yet.
