Job Description

Role: Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Chennai (Work From Office 5 days/week)

Were looking for a driven Outbound SDR to build and own pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable starting conversations from scratch and turning them into qualified opportunities.

What youll do:

  • Own pipeline generation through cold outreach
  • Run multi-channel outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, and calling)
  • Identify and engage the right decision-makers across target accounts
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow defined workflows
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
