Shift Schedule: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Hybrid schedule)
Role Overview
At Unbound IA, the SDR team sits shoulder-to-shoulder with the marketing team, ensuring tight integration between the people generating leads and the people capturing them. You’d be joining a dynamic group of people learning to bring the agency’s new positioning to market, with plenty scope to input strategically into how the business is presented to prospects.
As the SDR Team Lead at Unbound IA, you will be responsible for driving pipeline generation through the nurturing and coaching of our SDR team, whilst also actively contributing as an individual contributor.
