Lead compliance initiatives as a Specialist focused on SDS authoring and product labeling. Ensure chemical safety and legal compliance under U.S. and Canadian guidelines to promote product integrity.
This impactful role demands expertise in chemical regulatory frameworks, supporting the creation and management of Safety Data Sheets. You will collaborate across departments to ensure labeling adherence to OSHA and WHMIS standards, performing hazard classifications and updating documents as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the lifecycle of Safety Data Sheets
• Conduct GHS hazard classifications and documentation
• Respond to customer and audit inquiries on SDS
