Description
1. 通过电话营销、微信、互联网平台等渠道开发新客户并维护现有客户关系,完成色谱柱、前处理产品、通用耗材等消耗品销售目标;
2. 快速响应线上客户的技术咨询,协同技术团队提供色谱/光谱工作流解决方案,推动采购流程闭环;
3. 定期分析客户采购数据及行业动态,运用CRM系统精准挖掘潜在需求,主动开拓增量业务机会;
4. 维护客户档案并定期复盘,制定个性化跟进策略,确保高复购率。
Qualifications
1. 化学、食品、制药、环境等相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 熟悉HPLC/GC/LCMS等仪器耗品应用场景,3年以上色谱耗材销售或技术支持经验
3. 具备优秀的线上沟通能力:能通过电话/文字清晰传递技术价值点
4. 结果导向型思维,擅长通过数据分析(如采购周期/竞品替代)
