Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and de‑bone various fresh and frozen seafood and meats according to production requirements, and sort finished products according to specifications.
- Responsible for loading and unloading of seafood raw materials and finished product cartons, pallet stacking, and warehouse inventory management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, processing tools, and production areas in accordance with Singapore food hygiene regulations, and organize and arrange employee work matters.
