Job Description

The Role

The purpose of this role is to shuck oysters as part of a production team.


To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Ability to process a different variety of oyster species

  • Knowledge of Fish/Seafood products

  • Understanding of company OH&S and HACCP food safety program and the cold chain process in particular

  • Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands

  • Exceptional attention to detail
