Job Description
Booking & Coordination of Ocean export shipments. Handle full sets of sea freight shipping documentation including BL, COO, DG declaration Coordinate with carriers/co-loader make bookings, submit SI and Payment arrangements. Manage day-to-day operations & transactions. Liaise with vendors & customers /transporter on timely collections and/or delivery of cargoes/shipments/container. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements Min 1 year experience in freight forwarding & Ocean freight will be an advantage Good team player with the ability to work independently Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Able to start work with short notice preferred.
