Job Description
Suntex Gloves Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Seamless Gloves Machine Technician to join our production and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and performance optimization of seamless glove knitting machines to ensure maximum machine efficiency, minimum downtime, and consistent product quality.
Candidates with hands-on experience in Shima Seiki, Shimatronic, SFG-II, SFG-III, and other seamless glove knitting machines will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of seamless glove knitting machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and operational faults.
Minimize machine downtime through timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
Install, set up, calibrate, and commission new machines.
