Seasonal Groundskeeper
Reports to: Property Manager & Lead Maintenance

Units: 154
Salary: $20.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)
Housing Benefit: 25%
Summary:
Woodhill Apartments is looking for a Seasonal Groundskeeper to undertake the responsibility of the appearance of the exterior of our 154-unit residential apartment community. The goal is to maintain the upkeep of the apartment community and common areas.
Responsibilities:
+ Keep grounds free from trash, liter, and debris
+ Keep the dumpster area free from trash
+ Water landscaping as needed
+ Maintain pool area
+ Ensure laundry rooms are clean
