Marmot Basin is hiring a Seasonal Guest Services Ticket Agent in Jasper, AB. Engage with guests while providing ticket sales and exceptional customer support throughout the winter season.
As a part of Marmot Basin's Guest Services team, you will be responsible for selling lift tickets, managing cash transactions, and addressing guest inquiries. Accurate record-keeping is crucial, along with the ability to use a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently. You will also assist in bookings and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.
Key Responsibilities:
